Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling products from a given mobile brand. The role involves working with a team, meeting targets, and communicating effectively in English and local languages. The candidate will be deployed at a particular store and is expected to maintain store hygiene/planogram/store assets.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Listening to what customers want and helping them find the perfect product for their needs.
- Achieve sell-out targets by engaging consumers and selling brand products.
- Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers.
- Manage personal sales target through on-going performance monitoring and pro-active corrective action plan implementation when required.
- Be a brand Ambassador by educating and informing consumers on new technologies, selling features and benefits of products and accessories.
- Address general consumer enquiries and assist consumers in service-related enquiries (including after-sales).
- Collect and report store data and competitive market intelligence.
- Accurate sell-out and inventory availability records.
- Competitors’ in-store activities, sell-out and price changes.
- Consumer’s feedback on products.

- An avid technology user – PCs, mobile devices, internet.

Qualifications Required:
- Minimum: 12th pass and/or Graduate preferred.
