About the Role:
Hiring for Team Leader – JBL to manage and lead sales teams for PJP covering LFR, GT, and RR outlets in Hyderabad, Cochin, Chennai, and Vijayawada.
Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives. Provide regular feedback, conduct team meetings, and promote collaboration.
- Sales Target Achievements: Set clear sales targets, develop strategies to exceed targets, and analyze sales data to identify improvements.
- Outlet Management: Oversee operations in LFR, GT, and RR outlets. Maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Non-ISP Outlet Business: Identify and develop strategies to grow business in non-ISP outlets and monitor performance.
- ISP Productivity: Track and improve In-Store Promoter productivity through training and support to enhance performance.
- SKU Placement: Ensure optimal SKU placement and visibility, implement planograms, and coordinate with supply chain to avoid stockouts.
- Store-Wise Relationship Bond: Build and maintain strong relationships with stores, understanding store-specific needs and addressing concerns.
Key Skills Needed:
- Proven experience in sales and team management, preferably in retail.
- Strong knowledge of LFR, GT, and RR retail formats.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using sales data.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage ISP teams and sales force automation tools (preferred).
Qualifications Required:
- Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Years of Experience: Proven experience in managing sales teams (Retail sector experience preferred).
